They need to slow down when taking orders. The issue seems to arise when they are completing order after you have paid. Today was missing man breads. So the meal was cold by the time they sent up the bread and when you complain they try and turn it on you by saying we never ordered!! Take your time and double check orders or take everything out the bag before you leave shop which you shouldn’t have to do !!.. Food always delicious and generous portions. Also reasonable delivery charge only £1 to EH14. You can request a delivery time when ordering online and they more or less deliver on requested time. Wouldn't order a local takeaway from anywhere else ******..
