Worst food i have ever eaten. Salt and Pepper Chicken was dried up and brick hard as was the chips. The "Chef" should try eating his own food once in a while. Avoid at all costs...

No vegan options available and all vegetarian foods are cooked with meat products/fryers. A real shame as before becoming vegan and being vegetarian I ate from here - unaware they use animal products in the vegetarian foods ie curry sauce (chicken/bone stock).
Service was always great - shop very clean and never a long wait time...

After lockdown we had our first carry out meal we had chop suey .kung po chicken and 2 curries. All of which were fantastic. Not only that they were all piping hot despite being delivered.10/10 will be back..

Delivered quickly, but food was awful!! Shredded chilli beef had no sauce. Therefore no flavour. Prawn toast was just lumps of bread and spring rolls were burnt. No sauces given with starters. Really poor quality. Will not order again...

Ordered the salt and pepper box and wasn't disappointed. Food was hot, tasty and curry sauce was lovely. We collected so no issue with delivery, and reasonably priced given that the box is huge. Have ordered twice now and no issues. I would Like to know what their gluten free options are though...

Wouldn't order Chinese from anywhere else, curry is amazing, food is always piping hot when delivered, very friendly staff, always on time, delivery service is amazing never once had a bad experience here, highly recommend..

Hi frank i have had the best curry and also my worst which was tonight uneatable and ribs had hardly any meat. rice was dry but the curry me and my daughter couldnt eat it i was £18 and to be honest binned the lot and baught from smewhere else your one of the nicest chinese shops and yourself is a pleasure to speak to but had to say smething couldnt order again..

Only downside, the app could use some work with selecting delivery times and adding discount codes (the box for discounts actually doesn't work)..

Often give poor advice as too when order will be available for collection. For latest order I placed I was advised order would be available in 25 minutes. It was actually 40 minutes and this is a frequent issue with Pearl of Hong Kong. To cause further dissatisfaction was overcharged by £2. Quality of food is good. Pity not matched by their service!!..
