I’ve been a regular customer since the mid 90’s and have had many take always that have been of a very high standard. Unfortunately I’ve noticed recently that those standards have slipped somewhat. I’m going by giving some constructive feed back that I’ll continue to use Shahil Manzil for a long time to come.
Two things I was really disappointed with was the spicy onion starter that’s served in a plastic bag. Ridiculous way to serve food.
The second is the Korma I usually order has revently been of a poor quality. Usually it would be a thick sweet yellow sauce but the last three or four have been tasteless and of a watery consistency. I hope this feed back helps you up your game and that your take away can go from strength to strength. On the whole I’m happy to continue to order from you but please take this on board.
