I have had some BAD Chinese takeaway in my time, from bad customer service to, to bad meals, but this place is by far the worst.
? They don't batter the protein, chicken in this instance, which is fine, that's their choice
? They only sent a half serving of rice?again their choice.
The prawn crackers were stale. I have no idea what time, or even day, they were made, but they certainly were NOT fresh.
? They sent me some horrible, stomach churning, salty concoction, instead of the Kung Po I'd asked them for. Their excuse??Every shop has their own recipe??which again, I get, but in nearly 30 years of eating Kung Po, regardless of where I've been, it's always been a hot, sweet dish. Their response to that was ?Well we're not sending you a replacement meal!??again, that's their choice and right.
It's my choice and right to tell everybody to save their money and avoid this place. Try somewhere else, maybe you'll be lucky and find somewhere good. If Neighbour's Kitchen delivered to the ..

Food tastes amazing but every single time i asked for no spicy/hot food it arrived basically uneatable because of how spicy it can be! This definitely puts me off from ordering! Other than that food is always fresh and good!..

Have visited this takeaway today glad to say would not be back..roast chicken chips & gravy was terrible.chicken curry not good chicken chow main/chicken satay no good..all ended up in the bin.unhappy customer..

Ordered food at 5.10, called them at 6.15 as hadn't seen delivery to be told it was just coming out. 6.40 it arrived and everything was stone cold. Tried to call but line always busy. Had to heat up in microwave as had to leave for work and didn't have time to wait for more ( if I could get through. )..

Best chinese had in a long time. First time trying pearl of Hong Kong,will definitely be back. Only let down with the prawn crackers being a little soft. Would just give them a miss next time...

Ordered chicken chow mein and bean sprouts, looked great until I sampled the first piece of chicken that was covered with skin and fat !!!

This was awful,if I dropped one of my chicken balls I think I would have broken my toes.
Is it possible to burn fried rice as this is what it tasted like.
The service was good but that is as far as it goes, quality bad as you can't eat it, value is bad cause you can't eat it so my opinion is stay away sorry...
