We only store the card number and validity dates we do NOT store security codes, you will still be prompted for your 3 digit CVV code each and every time you order. This is for security and legal reasons. Your details are completely secure and safe. If you have any doubts or concerns then do NOT save them or do NOT use the site.
- By using our site to PLACE AN ORDER you must register as a New Customer and provide your address and telephone number, as well as an email address and password for the purposes of logging in to the site in future. Details are saved to allow you to order faster in future without having to re-enter all the information each time you order
- We will only use your email address and or mobile number from time to time to send you information which we feel will benefit you, e.g. discounts/offers/promotions from your local takeaways, and/or info regarding new takeaways on your area, especially those offering online ordering.
- Any information we collect or process on your behalf may be removed at your request by emailing us. We will do security checks to verify you are the owner of the data before removing any data and we will only remove the specific data that you ask. Some information we will need to retain to comply with tax laws and other local and national laws.
- Please note this Privacy Policy is in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. We can terminate your account(s) at any time if we feel you are abusing our terms. We will respect your privacy but we ask that you also respect that we are running business.
