We as a family have been going to the Panda House for years. The quality and attention to detail has potentially slipped. The chicken satay dish and other chicken dish was way over cooked. I could hardly cut it and this has happened far too many times not to leave some constructive feedback. Love the restaurant and staff but please reevaluate standards, the dishes and quality as there has to be a balance in value for money. Thanks again guys :) always happy to support and have such a great wee long standing family restaurant :)

got order sent disgusting barbecue sauce I didn't ask for but they don't want change ir refund sent chicken in a beef West lake soup no beef so I've reported them to foid standards place a joke

Amazing food only used this place last 5year,fresh crispy... certainly recommend the sweet an sour mix,the crispy duck and ribs are amazing x

Ordered a delivery chicken mushroom and blackbean sauce with chips they sent the order without chicken on it phoned and told them it was wrong they said they would resend the order driver turned up 45 minutes later with the order this time with no chips phoned again and they asked me if I would keep the order warm until they could send someone round with the chips absolute farce of a place and useless customer service my advice would be find somewhere else as they are a fÂ£%!en joke.
