Ordered from here and never heard the delivery driver. Never got a phone call either. I then contacted bodrums to enquire where my foid was. They said the delivery guy had called but got no answer but said they would come again. They did indeed call again and when I got the bill I could not believe the cost. I called bodrum and asked why it was so expensive to be told I was charged twice for delivery because I never answered my door first time! Unbelievable.
Now that was bad enough but when I unwrapped my food and saw the paltry portion within this was like rubbing salt into the wound. I called back to complain but no apologies....totally unrepentant and defensive. Be careful with this kebab shop crew. A right royal rip off. Appalling customer service and crap food (and charged double delivery charge.....never experienced anything like it ever). I feel totally robbed tonight. Never ever go near this joint!
