We were served a congealed reheated meal clearly belonging to someone else and could have made someone ill. I just typed out a long email and was told my email address which I've had for 18 years was invalid. Complaint didn't go through. Phone call last night was useless. Guy wasn't interested. Can someone contact me before I go to Environmental Health?
