Phone for a delivery at 23.30 waited in for it it didn’t turn up so phoned it back at 00.30 and they said there were at the door they said they would send it back out they didn’t turn up again then we phone them back and said they would send it out again and the delivery driver want me to go down and get I think that is bad practice I’m the shops behalf
